The Story of the Innkeeper’s Long Night is inspired by a children’s book entitled Jesus’ Christmas Party by Nicholas Allan. The children at the early service helped prepare for the story by bringing all the characters to the creche as part of a longstanding early Christmas Eve service tradition. Preached at St. Timothy’s Episcopal Church, Wilson NC at 5:15 pm on Christmas Eve.
